John George was the first Chairman of the SACCM Board and served in that position for seven years. Through his companies MGA Insurance and Whittles Property Management he has been a substantial financial supporter of all the Council's activities. John also laid the foundation for the umbrella insurance policy that covers all of the country music clubs in S.A. John George is also a well known rally driver and aviator.
